Prevent app from showlng in "all apps" section

I've put together an app for capturing and viewing images, it's optimised for mobile use as most of the time the images being stored are taken on a mobile phone.

What I want to do now is create a desktop version for other people in the business to be able to browse, I plan to embed it into a Sharepoint page. The problem is though that I wan't everyone in the business to have access to both apps but I don't want the desktop version appearing in the "all apps" section in the Powerapps phone app. There are a large number of people in the business and I know it will cause confusion having both on there.

Is there any way to publish as app to all users but not have it show in "all apps"?

Hi @bangorkeith ,
When you say embed it into a SharePoint page, are you referring to the built-in Customise forms facility?
If so, the users of stand-alone apps will not see these in their All Apps list.
Incidentally, it is quite easy to paste the edit/view/new form from a standalone app directly into the SharePoint screen after removing the standard form. It just needs some settings adjustments to work the same as it does standalone. Saves a lot of time and gives users who use both a standard environment.
Also when you mention viewing images - is this a List or Library? The Library edit screen presents itself rather differently in SharePoint, but the principle is still the same as above.

I mean add it as a web part in a Sharepoint page. The app itself includes a gallery item for viewing the images which are stored in a Sharepoint library, but I would rather users viewed the images through the app rather than a Sharepoint library as the app looks nicer and IMO is easier to filter etc

Hi @bangorkeith ,
That is something I must admit I have not used, however a quick look seems to confirm what you are saying in that the app needs to be shared with the person opening it, therefore it would appear in their list. Other people may have an opinion on this?

It may very well not be something that can be done, but it would be handy for me in this case if it could!

The only option I have is to use naming logic to try and make sure people use the correct app but it's not ideal.
