I have a sharepoint list in which specific storage locations for each item are assigned. As an example:

Item Nr.	Item	Manufacturer	storage location
1843288	PC	Apple	3-112
8834254	Smartphone	Samsung	8-64
3545882	Headphones	Apple	3-112

This table has over 2000 entries and needs delegated forms.

I now want to know which storage location contains fewer than 10 items in order to add new items to the storage location.
Count formulas cannot be delegated and are out of the question. Unfortunately I didn't find a useful formula.
It is also important to mention that storage location is formatted as text, but that shouldn't be a problem.

Maybe someone has an idea what I could try? 🤔
