Anyone else confused about what the hell they are doing with the licensing for Flow? The first version of the post (dated 10/8) mentioned something about the SQL connector going to premium - and a grace period until next MSFT agreement or fall 2020 for any existing flows. Both of these statements are super concerning - but were simply removed from the 10/15 version of the post.
No clue what the hell is going on with MSFT flow, but I'm sick of the routine added complication and expense. If a company acquires a SQL server license - why the hell would they need pay (again) for the ability to connect to it? Absurd.

What's your current Flow license?
There SQL server is a standard connector, it is no need to pay to use the connector. But if you want to use Flow to connect the local SQL server, it will use the on-premises data gateway, it will require a Flow plan.
