App visibility depending on environments

Hey, so I know you can change whether people can use the connections that exist within an app by placing the app within an environment (so they can only use certain connections while using the app and not separately) but when they are just a user within that environment are they still able to open the app via the powerapps website/app? I know that using the weblink works but I was wondering about whether they could access the apps the 'normal' way?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

    Have you shared your app to these end users? Have these end users been assigned with proper Security Role in your current Environment?

     

    If you have shared your app to these users, and these end users have been assigned with proper Security Role of your current Environment ("Environment Maker" Security Role at least). Also please make sure these end users have owned proper PowerApps license to access PowerApps feature.

     

    If these end users have meet the above criteria, your end users could be able to access your canvas app using the 'normal' way.
