Hi everyone,
I have a list of all my project with metadata in columns named: ProjectList
I have a library that has documents associated to each Project named: ProjectDocument
I would like that everytime I created a new document, it looks for the same project number in the list and autofills metadata in my library so I don't have to copy it over.
Exemple:
1 - Add document in regard of project 12345 (I have a column named Project number in my library)
2 - Looks for the project 12345 in the list and finds a match (list column project number)
3 - Copies over the title, client, date of project, and other metadata to the newly created document in my library
