Send comments in Planner by mail

Hello all,

 

Is there any way that when a task is completed in Planner either:

  • the last comment or
  • all comments

be sent by email to a fixed person?
I can't currently find an action where PowerAutomate can read the comments in a task.

    Currently the action for getting comments is not available in power automate [in future it will be ]

     

    But you can get planner comments via another way using MS graph API 

     

    using the MS graph api you can get all the comments in json format.

    Could you maybe make me a screenshot how the flow could look like? So with JSON and then insert into an email? 🙂

    I can Power Automate but am not quite the pro 🙂

    Sorry, i forget to update you.

    Actually i have some problem while trying the microsoft graph API so couldn't try the planner graph API.

     

    Regarding the update for this action, I am not sure around that.
