How do I extract data from SQL connection?

Hi! I'm using Navision Classic (2009) and am trying to pull out data automatically to excel. I managed to set up a SQL connection to my Navision database successfully, but how do I extract the data on Power Automate? I don't see the option to write queries. Is the option only available on the premium plans? And does anyone know how else I can automate the extraction of data from Navision classic?

I'm new to this forum and may not know the proper forum etiquette so I do apologize in advance for any mistakes.

I have the same question (0)

Hey there! Thank you so much for your reply.

Do you have a guide on how to read tables on Navision? My company has like a hundred different tables and "Tabs".

For example, you selected publicid from the table "T_Cnt_Contact c"

How did you identify that table?

Sorry it's literally my first week using SQL with Power Automate to read Navision data but I'm trying my best.

Sorry, that is beyond my knowdledge😊
You have to find someone  with the proper sql knowdledge and the knowdledge about your navision database.

I got the sql statement I needed from the developers of our ESDH system, when I explained them what I wanted to extract from the database.

That's fine, but can I just confirm that you are able to pull data from Navision on power automate (and maybe export it into excel)?

So at least I know it's possible and can look for ways to do it. Anyway, really appreciate your replies so far! 😁

Yes indeed. (As long as you have the proper rights on the database)

With the proper sql statement(s) you can pull data from any sql database and work with it in Power automate Desktop.
