How to automatically capture Captcha from a Website using PAD

Hi,

In order to fetch some data from a Website, i had created a flow using PAD with the help of the community.

However, the website has introduced a Login now which requires a user to enter - User ID, Password and Captcha.

I am hiding the details of the website but enclosing the screenshot of Logging in.

The website offers to remember User ID and Password but Captcha as we already know changes every time.

Can capturing Captcha be done automatically using PAD - some image processing may be?

Please help.

    Hello!

I was facing the same problem months ago. I've seen some guys on youtube doing it with adaptive cards, but I really don't like the idea, because it goes literally against the grain of the automation. I've reached the conclusion that no. PAD (Power Automate Desktop) is very powerfull in some aspects, but it has his limits of course, in this case, you would need a large, very very large database with lots of images.

I've resolved the issue with Python, but it will requires you to know a little bit of coding.

I second that, captcha was developed to keep the robots out so it keeps the robots out. I'm curious how you've done it with Python though.

If you're interested, I could show you the code without any problems.

    Hi Lucas,

I don't know python language and will not be able to use it. If any other alternative exists please let me know.

    Thanks for the solution although.

You might want to use "Extract text with OCR" function to solve the problem. But it may not be able to recognize the image correctly.
