Can a flow be created to sync ALL & EDITED files in OneDrive with a folder in Dropbox?

Do you want to sync all edited files from one folder of OneDrive into a folder of Dropbox?
Or sync the edited file into a folder of Dropbox when a file is edited in one folder of OneDrive?
If you want to sync all edited files from one folder of OneDrive into a folder of Dropbox, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently. We could not add a condition to check if the file is edited and filter all edited files in Microsoft Flow currently.
If you want to sync the file into a folder of Dropbox when a file is edited in one folder of OneDrive, please take a try with the following workaround:
