Hello Team,
Hope someone here can help me with Flow.
Need to create a Sharepoint List with the below header.
Hope Someone can guide me on how to build this flow.
As discussed we need to split this into two flows. Second flow you need to run manually and set two input dates (From and To) to filter the SharePoint list using two input dates. Finally use the select and convert HML steps to create the file and send email.
Thanks
Saving of Extracted details in an excel file- The one which we have stored in SharePoint List (Arora, Gourav B.)
I have created an Excel file with the same header and stored in Onedrive.
Then we will see what next need to be done
So which step you need help for? Add excel rows to insert the SharePoint list items. You won't be able to store the attachments here. Not sure about automatic extraction tool you mentioned in your diagram.
Sorry for reply late.
I am happy with the progress we did so far. The only thing which is left out is now.
The only thing which is left out is that last four steps. Instead of excel, I am storing the data in Sharepoint list.
After that Can we extract the same SP List into Excel and follow the last four steps which are yet to perform.
Do you need any further help in this?

@abm ,
Thank you so much!
If you could give me one example of the sample code for
Email type (Like Internal or it is External )
If you know the extension of internal or external email from address (use the above dynamic property From for this) then you could use an IF condition using the contains operator looking for an extension of the email (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc) so that you could set the relevant value.
And meanwhile, I go to the blog and see what I can find for my use.
Thanks for your reply.
MailBox ( Like whose mail the mail has entered. Suppose the sender has sent to me then It should reflect as akbar@abd.com.)

And is there any way I can get the Invoice no. Possibly get into the .pdf file search for invoice no and get it pasted in the invoice column. Just a wild guess.
You may need to use a third party connector for this. Please have a look at this blog by @Jay-Encodian
Thanks for the input it really helps me a lot.
Just a couple of things left out and then my Flow will be ready for use.
