    Hi @akbarmahfuzalam

    Are you trying to write these details in a SharePoint List? Can't see that in your diagram you provided?

    Thanks

    @abm ,

    As of now forgot about the Sharepoint list.

    Can we achieve as per the Diagram wherein I can get all the information in Excel with the header as mention above with the help of Flow?

    Hi @akbarmahfuzalam

    You could try the following:

    1. Create an Excel sheet with relevant columns and a table.

    2. Save the excel sheet in OneDrive or SharePoint.

    3. Create a Power Automate using trigger 'when a new email arrives'.

    4. Next use Excel Add a row into a table action step for inserting the values.

    5. Finally map the email values to excel

    Thanks

    Hi @akbarmahfuzalam

    For the month column you could use the expression DateTime. Have a look at this blog

    https://www.o365dude.com/2017/05/01/working-with-dates-times-in-microsoft-flow/

    formatDateTime('createddatetime', 'mmmm')

    Regarding the other values you need to determine and hardcode it because they are not available as dynamic properties from outlook connector.

    Thanks

    Any idea or suggest any blog where I can visit and see how do I get those hardcoded expressions as in formula.

    Mailbox

    Folder

    Subfolder

    Email Type ( External/Internal)

    Hi @akbarmahfuzalam

    What I meant by hardcoded means you need to type that value directly under the action step relevant column as plain text.

    Thanks

    @abm

    How about the current date and time as per my local zone.

    It's not giving me the current date and time as per my local zone.

    Any additional setting does I need to do. because I am sending the data to SP List.

    Hi @akbarmahfuzalam

    You should be able to directly map using the expression utcNow() without using the conversion.

    Thanks

    @abm

    Thanks for the input it really helps me a lot.

    Just a couple of things left out and then my Flow will be ready for use.

    MailBox ( Like whose mail the mail has entered. Suppose the sender has sent to me then It should reflect as akbar@abd.com.)

    Email type (Like Internal or it is External )

    And is there any way I can get the Invoice no. Possibly get into the .pdf file search for invoice no and get it pasted in the invoice column. Just a wild guess.
