Getting 2003 error while creating a case from PVA

Hi Team,

I have created a simple PVA to create cases. While I am testing the PVA (from test bot) it is throwing me this error :

Sorry, the bot can't talk for a while. It's something the bot's owner needs to address. Error code: 2003. Conversation ID: 5h4HRkbb01X3YMh4o8ZNYT-p. Time (UTC): 10/20/2021 3:54:18 PM.

I searched for this and foudn that this is due to datatype mismatch but I have used string for all my fields.

Please suggest.

Thanks,
Megha

    Hi @meghagoyal,

You can also use the When Power Virtual Agents calls a flow trigger action and ends with the Return value(s) to Power Virtual Agents action.

Have you tried testing it with those actions instead of the HTTP ones?
