Hello

I have a below situations, does PCF will be a right development strategy ?

1)  creating a static component header. which gets the data from the web api and it will be added on powerapp for a SharePoint list form (new form)

2) document picker from the SharePoint sites. now we have web service brings all documents in html format. so we can add the link to the document on the SP List form... or any other solution like input will be SharePoint site and picker has to give options to pick any documents from the each library from the site.

is PCF is the way to go? can these PCF components can be added on SharePoint List (customize with powerapps)

do I  need to go for dataset or field ?
