Hi,

i'm working on a optimization of a process. Having problems with generating a flow for following:

The incoming mail has a table with data.

So i would like to generate a flow which saves incoming mail to pdf, which has all the data from the table.

I tried with just extracting the mail and to save it from eml to pdf, but it does not work. the data from table is lost.

I need the pdf have the table, because i use AI to extract the data and to feel excel. Thank you 🙂

    Dear A,

I see various options for you, i have listed the (in my eyes) easiest to hardest below:

    • Tap into the datasource which has generated the table in the email directly? Do you have access? As such you do not have to depend on the email and can create a query with the right filters to get to the data.
    • Build an AI model on the email (not on the pdf) and get the all the data as such: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UchRykL7me8&list=PLi9EhCY4z99UYDkinJ3nT3VgKoixgGDDb&t=2s
    • Build up an array from the flat text data in the email and use that to populate the new file (seems very troublesome).

    Hope this helps,

    Koen
