"The resource could not be found" Using Onedrive get file using path

Hi,

I have build a flow that sends a series of reports in one email to end-user. The reports are generated in other flows and saved to a shared folder ( https://ibb.co/VWw7bBN ). Using the path to the file, the flow needs to get the file, however, this does not work, and it simply gives the error message " Ressource could not be found". ( https://ibb.co/y4QcwyC )

This works when I trigger and run the flow, but when other end-users does it, it doesn't work.

I use a dynamic path ( https://ibb.co/G555tPG ) because the file name is specific to the report that the end user has generated.

I look forward to any help you guys can give me, because I have been stuck with this error for days.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Thanks for feedback.

The issue could be reproduced by me. When shared users trigger the flow to get files saved in a shared folder, the error message “resource could not be found” will be returned.

This issue is caused by Shared folder. Once you shared a folder to other users, the folder will be added under Shared on their side. However, Shared folders are not supported by Flow currently.

While on your side, you are the owner of the folder and it is under Files, so you can trigger the flow successfully.

Here is one the similar request on “User shared folder in OneDrive for Business”, please vote it at here:

PGs will take hot ideas into consideration first in future releases.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
