Power Apps Premium License Vs Power Automate Premium License? is there any overlap between them

I am a bit confused on what does Power App Premium license gives us inside Power Automate? and what does Power Automate Premium License gives us inside Power Apps? for example if a user has a Power Automate Premium license , then the user can call a custom connector from Power Apps? or connect a Power Apps with Dataverse? on the other side, for example if a user has Power Apps Premium license, then the user can call external http using automated flow or scheduled flow?

Power Apps premium licenses contain the rights to use Power Automate flows, when "in the context of the app" (meaning you connect the flow to data sources/targets that are used also in the app). However, Power Automate premium licenses DO NOT give you rights to run Power Apps that use premium connectors.

You will need a separate Power Automate Premium licenses if you plan to build other flows using premium connectors.

Bit Confused , I have a license "Power apps premium" license will able to run the Cloud Flow with some http connector (Premium) used and not be context of PowerApps App , Trigger point for flow adding items into SharePoint List.
