Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a MS form which records the results in a SP list via a flow

A number of questions are multiple choice, I have noticed in the SP list it records the answer as incorrect even though it was correct, and depending how the answers were selected on the form they record correctly in the SP list, please see screenshot

Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks!
