I have a custom connector and i want to pass/generate GUID as a default value in one of the parameter is used in custom connector. Plus, i want it as required, internal and want to set default value as GUID().

You need to generate a guid(), right? If so, I had the same challenge some time ago, and found out there is an WDL function available for such purpose:
guid()

Thanks for replying. I know how to use guid() in flow within actions. My question was more specific to add a GUID() as a default value from a parameter within the custom connector. If you have an answer to this one please let me know.

I'm afraid the feature is not supported yet - adding GUID as a default value in customer connector.
