Make different forms populate the same sharepoint list row

Hi everyone!,

So we have been tasked to create a process of different forms one after the other however each one of them gets the data from the previous form lodged.

1. Staff completes form 1 and sends to suprvisor.

2. supervisor completes form 2 and sends to support office

3. Support office completes form 3 and sends back to supervisor.

4. senior manager completes form 4

5. data goes back to the staff member who completed the first form in part 1.

For the life of me I cannot figure this out, I have created a couple of flows to test it with but every time the second form kicks in it populates another low not the same one.

we are happy to use a specific details in this case a clients name so the flows can recognize it is to be on the same row but HOW can we get this part to work.

Please see below, I've tried to explain it, however if there is a better way of doing it and someone can explain it to me I will be really grateful.

Flow 1 populate sharepoint works!

Flow 2 Grabs details and based on column change sends an email with link to the next form.

Flow3 Once user has populated the new form with the clients name.

End result - fail

While I am not clear on your process, it appears as though you are trying to use a series of Forms that all realte to the same request.

This is going to be very difficult using Forms as there you will be relying on users to enter accurate data in steps 2 and forward in order for them to be linked.

I suggest using a Power App rather than Forms is all your users are in your organization rather than Forms.
