Return values saved in a lookup column

I have a lookup column that the user can choose multiple values and save.

I want to retrieve only these values saved by the user, but when I use "choice", it returns all the values

Item:

Choices([@TBL_PERFIL_USUARIO].EMBARCACOES_OPMAR)

I just need to return these values below in a combobox

Do you only need this column of data for this record in the picture to appear in Combo box's dropdown list?
Please try this:
Items:First(TBL_PERFIL_USUARIO).EMBARCACOES_OPMAR
