Unable to add custom prompt to Power Automate flow

I am unable to add custom prompt created via AI builder to the power automate flow

Also, I am not even able to see the action to "Create text with GPT using Prompt".

    Hi,
     
    There are some prerequierties for the AI Builder.
     
     
    Your environment is in the list of available regions.
    You have a Power Apps or Power Automate license.
    A Microsoft Dataverse database is installed on the environment.
    You have an AI Builder add-on.
