Not receiving notification in MS Team channel when response is received to MS Forms questionnaire -

Hi all

 

I have an issue which I am hoping someone might be able to help resolve...

 

I am trying to create a flow so that when a response is received to an MS Forms questionnaire which I created that a notification is sent to a specified MS Teams channel.

 

See screenshot of my flow attached.

 

The Form ID is currently the hyperlink of the MS Form.

 

Anyway, I have tried testing the flow and I’m not receiving a notification in the specified MS Teams channel.

 

Is there anything you can identify that I am doing incorrectly from the screenshot of my flow? 

 

Note, I did not create the MS Teams channel - I am just a member. 

 

Really appreciate any help!

    We need to pick the form from the dropdown list or input the form id:
