How to build an Approval Flow using a specific emails address from AAD (drop down)?

Approval flows are straightforward, however, I have a request where a user would be choosing a specific email address from a list showing all AAAD users.

How may I go about it in this case?

Is this your case?

Besides, what's the flow trigger now? Are you using 'When a flow step is run from a business process flow' trigger?

The Flow will be a for Approvals in the BPF.. I was thinking whether I could add a lookup for users in the BPF stage and somehow trigger the approvals from that stage taking into account the "Contact" I chose at that very stage.

Where do you want to select users?Button flow can input parameter value but there is no drop-down box to choose.
