    Hi,

Can you tell me more about your use case please?

Are your documents stored in SharePoint?

Do you want to enhance document's metadata or create a SharePoint list with this metadata?

What you could do is to convert the word to PDF with this method:

    https://spknowledge.com/2020/09/26/power-automate-convert-word-document-to-pdf/

Then you can train an AI Builder form processing model to extract the data.

Thanks Cedrik for getting back, to clarify

    1. It's a word document, i have attached the document for your reference.

    2. There will be hashtag in the side of the question like #age

    3. I want to upload to share point, if any user search for the metadata or search for the tag then it has to bring all     the question with the answers and have to show in screen., kindly let me know how i can achieve this.

    Hi,

Here is what you can do.

    1. Train samples of your documents with AI Builder form processing https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder/create-form-processing-model (convert to PDF before hand) and define the fields to be created.
CAVEAT: In theory, it wouldn't work with the kind of documents you have attached as it is not a form. But you may give it a try in case the layout is always the same.

    2. Create a flow that will trigger when a document is uploaded into a give SharePoint folder.

    3. Use the method above to convert to PDF in the flow

    4. Update the properties of the file with the metadata extracted

Let me know if this helps.
