Hello
I have a flow than according to certain conditions in a SharePoint list update a different SharePoint list. I have several "IF" to ensure that the SharePoint item is only copied 1 time, but for some reason, on a random occasion, some items are copied more than 1 time.
Any thoughts?

It is a production environment, and I made different tests to reproduce the problem without succeeding.
As a matter of fact, I made a ticket with Microsoft to ask for help because I believe it is related to the flow itself (if it is not I want to know where exactly is the error).

Looks like there is issue in the flow conditions. They need to be reviewed very closely by observing the random items created in the target list.
If this is not a production environment, I would recommend creating an item and checking it how many times it is copied to the target list. Repeat the test of creating new items with all the scenarios till you observe the issue. Once you observe the issue, check the flow execution results.
If this is production environment, create new lists with same schema and make a copy of the flow in your test environment to reproduce the issue.
I tried to figure out but without insight into actual flow conditions and execution results, it is very hard to help remotely. I hope, I was able to help you with my recommendations.
Yes, I have an infinite loop, but that condition is needed for the tool(because of the nature of how we are using the tool internally).
I used the method of Melissa Hubbard and it should work, but sometimes randomly it doesn't work.

Looks like your flow is getting triggered many times as you have "SharePoint List Item Created or Modified" trigger and you are updating the same item inside the flow.

The whole flow work in this way:
Is monitoring the change on a list of Sharepoint and when a condition is met (specific value in a column) it triggered different actions. One of those actions is to copy items(records) from that Sharepoint List to another. I have a lock to prevent copying more than one time the records. (when copy the item it change the value of a specific column to identify which one are been copied) The problem is even with that logic is still copieng the records more that one time randomly.

Can you please share the screen shots of the flow?
Also, you can check the execution log of the flow for the item which was copied multiple times. The log can provide you some additional details.
Please provide more details to look into it.
