Hey Mate, You need to use "When Power Apps calls a flow(v2)"

If you create a Flow from "PowerApps" it show "PowerApps V2" but its the same as above. When you reedit the Flow it will show "When Power Apps calls a flow(v2)"

I think you are asking for old trigger and its available via template-"Click PowerApps button to start approval of SharePoint items and send email".

be more specific because i don't see. i am in my solution and i want to create an instant flow with power apps v2 as trigger however i see "when power apps calls a flow (v2)"
