Why all the Environment Variables inside my Dev environment got their Export checkbox set to Yes, although i set them to No last month?

last month , i went to all the environment variables inside my Dev environment's solution and i set their Export checkbox to No. but today i check those settings since i added a new environment variable, and i noted that all the solution environment variables inside my Dev environment have their Export checkbox set to Yes, as follow:-

any advice why those were changed automatically for me? now i want to set them to No, because i want to export the solution from Dev to PROD environment. any advice why this happened and how i can avoid this in the future? and did anyone face this issue recently ? Also i unchecked those yesterday >> do the export >> but today all the checkboxes are checked again!!

Hi, @johnjohnPter

Stupid question, but did you remember to Publish the changes? Just wondering if someone overwrote them by installing the solution again (look at the solution history).

Can't really think of any other reason

@FLMike yes i published the changes before the export, and no one have touched the solution except me...

That is weird.

I tried to repro it and couldn't. I wonder if you have another like test fake app, and tried and see if it changes. Usually when apps get restored (after publishing) it could happen, or if someone else did, but since its only you.. its a head scratcher.

@FLMike I were able to reproduce the issue, when i go to the power apps and i add all the required objects as follow:-

this will cause all the related environment variables to have their Export check box set to Yes. not sure what is the relation between the 2, but this what is happening..
