I've built a flow that runs when a Project is Published using the Project Online trigger. It works fine if someone publishes in PWA. However, it does not run if someone publishes a Project Online project using MS Project O365 desktop (connected to the particular PWA). Is that by design or am I doing something wrong.

Also, when a Project is Published, is it possible somehow to get the name of the person who published it?
