Smart match on Entities not working

I have a created an entity with multiple values. One value of this entity is "Windows". Smart match is activated on the entity.

However, when I test my topic saying something like "I have an issue with Wndows" (typo on Windows is intended), my Bot doesn't recognize it and doesn't match it to Windows. It works without the typo.

Reading the documentation, it should work (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-entities-slot-filling#smart-match) : "It provides the flexibility to let the bot take in user input in a fuzzy way based on the list items given to the entity".

I can't see the issue

Do you have an idea ?

Yes, but unfortunately in similar cases will don't works normally at this moment yet (I think) 😕

It's weird as "fuzzy" search is exactly intended to do that 😞

Hi @RemiChambard3 ,

Yes, we have much intelligence inside the Bot, but maybe the chatbot sometimes can't recognize missed letters.

I recommend you to insert some synonymous like "wndows" "window" or something like that.
