Get Teams group chat ID from a meeting

My goal is to create a 1-on-1 chat with an easy identifiable title.

My first attempt at this was to use the "Create a Chat" Teams connector with 2 people (including connector), but that only creates a simple 1-on-1 chat with no visible title/subject.

Then i tried creating a chat with the 2 previously mentioned people + a Team email address ([team]@[company_name].onmicrosoft.com) and it worked fine for a while, but now it just throws me this error:

Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

i'm currently trying to create a calendar event with the 2 people and use the meeting group chat as the defacto group chat since it can be labled/named as needed. (This flow uses a manual trigger)

My problem is:

I'm not able to identify the meeting's group chat id to use it in a "Post message in chat" or any other Teams connector, not even through the dynamic content from the "Create a Teams meeting" connector or the "List chats" connector content.

How can i get the chat ID? Is there another solution for my end-goal?

You can not name 1-on-1 chats. You also can't get the group ID, because it isn't a group chat.

This is also true of the actual desktop and web app.
