Populating fillable fields in an existing PDF with MS Forms responses

Currently, I have a Form set up that asks people to enter in several pieces of information (Name, address, employee number, vehicle number, etc.).  At the end of the form they are presented with a Yes or No question.

If they say yes, it currently just directs them to another window where they given a link to the form that they need to fill out.

They can then click on the link and fill out the form.  It would be nice if we could, instead, set it up so that the Forms responses with their name, address, vehicle number, etc. could be inserted into the fillable fields of the currently existing 2066 at the link in that 'Go to Form'   The employee information is just the first section of the PDF though, and there is a bunch of additional information that will need to be entered along with the basic employee information.  We just want to populate the first section of the form and let them enter the rest of the info, so I'm envisioning that they could click submit at this point and Power Automate would fill in the fields of our existing form and then email it to them.

The extra complication, however, is that if they select 'No' to the first question, it branches to another yes or no question. If they answer yes to that one, they will be directed to fill in a different form.  Then there is a third question that they go to if answering no to the second question.  So, three different scenarios with three different forms.

This may be stepping outside the scope of what a Forms/Power Automate flow can realistically do, but if someone can give me some guidance on setting up a flow like this, that would be much appreciated.
