Forms to List - Multiple choice issue

Adding the results from a multiple choice question from a Form Quiz using flows into a Sharepoint List keeps adding [" when grouping answers. 

 

Is there a way to split this or make it not add [" into the list?  This is stopping me writing an IF forumla on a separate column that reads from the multiple answer column. 

 

example below:
