I built a flow to create a file in a document library when an email arrives to a specific folder in my outlook inbox.

How can I avoid that responses or forwards of that same email conversation create a new file in my document library.

This is mainly due for this created files I need to start an approval workflow only for the original email and not for other instances of the same converstions.

Thanks

    Hi,

I'm quite new using Power Automate. I manage to create the create the flow to create a file in a document library when an email arrives to a specific folder in my outlook inbox (as you did) but I cannot open it. It asks me for the extension of the file. How can I define .MSG by default?

    Thanks

    Hi @Santiagoares22 ,

Maybe you could consider adding a Condition Action to determine if the email subject contains a specific keyword.

I have made a test for you reference.

    1. Here is my Flow.
