Where do email go when you send one to microsoft@powerapps.com

Hi. I’ve started using Power Automate lately.
My simple and humble flow collects answers from a Forms questionnaire and sends me back in a Table on the Excel sheet automatically.

When I replied to one of those email from

microsoft@powerapps.com, I didn’t get any error message.
So, does this mean my email to this address arrived at the destination?
In that case, who can see it?

It might sound silly to have a question like this but I’d like to know if there’s any chance that someone, other than me, could read the email I replied to “microsoft@powerapps.com”.

This email address is the sender of the results of my flow of Power Automate.
I happened to reply to this email address.

I hope I made my question clear.

So, the email I reply to“microsoft@powerapps.com" will vanish into nothingness,
and Microsoft let it do so without noticing us?
