Microsoft Flow for Excel Add-In Not Working/Loading

The Flow for Excel Add-In won't load.  It worked fine before.  This is the Desktop version.  It works if I use Excel online in 365...

 

I've un-installed, re-installed, rebooted, etc.   Any known issues?

    It also don't work on my side, I'm afraid that you could only use the excel online currently.
