    Hi @avox111 ,

Here's a working solution - please mark as solution so others can find it quickly too.  In my test, I removed one of my users at my domain with a condition and added everyone else to a variable.  From there, you can come up with an email distro that is everyone BUT that one person you need to exclude.  Let me know if this works for you - always glad to help!  Tom

Please note 'List Users' is a Premium action.

One quick note, your 'emaildistro' variable is a string and you append your string variable with a semicolon to create your email distro.

Yes, it is everyone in your tenant and you don't have to specify anything.
