I'm trying to make a graph call with a filter to return this item
            "name": "Students'-Cook-Off-at-Exeter-and-Creative-Leftovers.aspx",

My call looks like this

https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/sites/{siteId}/pages/microsoft.graph.sitePage?filter=name eq 'Students%27-Cook-Off-at-Exeter-and-Creative-Leftovers.aspx'

I have tried various versions of encoding the apostrophe, replacing it with double '' and %27%27 but all fail.

the single ' returns a syntax error, and double '' returns nothing.

    Hi

    To quote  single ' returns a syntax error, and double '' returns nothing.
    what syntax error I dont see any errors here apologies if i missed it.

    Also just for validating sake, have you
    1. Tested this against the 1.0 (not beta) end point

    2. Have you changed the {siteId} to the actual guid (just guessing you left it this way since your sharing but just varifying in your Graph Explorer Call (which I am guess you are using????

    3. Have you testing this in the Graph Explorer?
    Graph Explorer | Try Microsoft Graph APIs - Microsoft Graph if it doesn't work there it won't work anywhere else.

    4.  remember to \' the single quote  (escape the ')

    5. For single quotes do this
    'Students''-Cook-Off-at-Exeter-and-Creative-Leftovers.aspx'

    Where you will double up the Students' to Students'' which will essentially escape force it.

    4 and 5 should solve it but in different flavors.

    I would do #5
