Create Recurrence for Second Tuesday of the Week

I'd like to create a notification service to alert end users of impending updates to their workstations.  I'd like to send an email on the second Tuesday of each month, letting them know updates will be applied.  I've created a Recurrence step, Compose step, and Send and Email (V2) step.

The Recurrence step lacks the ability to designate a specific date of the month, or the ability to dynamically choose that date reasonably.  I've tried following some instructions posted in the forums, but none of them work.  Does anyone know how to kick off a recurrence step on the second Tuesday of the month?

Thanks!

I would look at adding some compose actions to you recurrence

Your recurrence flow need only be set to run on Tuesdays

The Second Tuesday must occur after day 7 the month and then before the 14th day.  This based on if a tues was  day 1 then counting to the first second Tuesday is the 8th

So a compose that gets day of month first which would be

dayOfMonth(addHours(utcnow(),10))  This example aligns the time to be the same as my local time

Then a condition based on the result.  If the result greater than 7 and less or equal to 14 then it is the second Tuesday

lyburn19, thank you for your response!

So, is there a place I can go to get a reference on the compose language you provided?

Also, here's how I have by flow set up now:

After testing, it will only send on the first day of the month.

I would change the recurrence to be week and then select Tuesday.  Then set the sub selections to be Time Zone and Day of week and time of day.  When you do teh compose make sure you add the hours to match your time zone

So, for setting the Time Zone, this would be to ensure it starts at, say 10AM my local time (Pacific Standard/UTC-8).  Where would I go to find how that language is supposed to look?

If you are talking about the formulas there is very little that I know of and most is limited in helpfulness.  I googled most of my solution or came to this community

Yeah, I'm trying to web search my way through this too.  Thank you for all the help you have provided.  I'm truly grateful.

Also, I'm in California/Pacific Standard Time.
