I know in the approvals list there is a "reassign" button from the approvers side. However, we have a member of staff that is on annual leave and is not checking her approvals and so cannot "reassign"
I have been investigating and about using approval request time out rules as a way to reassign the approver to someone else. I want it to ask the original requester to send it to out to someone else because x person did not respond.
I see alot of examples user their manager from M365 as an escalation. However, it is down to the requester to send it to whomever they need. It is not always their manager for example.
Here is the currently flow I have (I have it set to all must approver which is why their is a back log)
Also if there is a way to avoid using their crappy "Copilot" view that would be amazing. I see my view toggle has disappeared so I am forced to that view.
