Thanks so much in advance for your replies...

i am using power automate to create an email from a shared mailbox and send it to a recipient with all of the submitted answers. If the user submitting the form leaves a question unanswered, for example "how many days has it been?", then in the email's body there will be the question "how many days has it been", but the answer will not be shown since the user did not answer that question. how do i hide "how many days has it been" from the email body if the user does not answer the question?

Thanks again

Adrian

    Hey @thisistheone85

    So you can write the following expression for this:

    1)
    if(equals(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/YourQuestion'],''),'',
    'how many days has it been')

    or

    2)
    if(equals(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/YourQuestion'],''),
    decodeUriComponent('%0A'),'how many days has it been'])

    The first one will just leave a blank and the second expression will leave a blank line
    there. Whichever works for you.

    The above expression is checking if the answer is blank or not. If it is then I am leaving
    a blank otherwise I am adding the question there.

    You can replace this: outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/YourQuestion']
    with your respective question's answer's expression.

    I hope this helps 🙂
