Hi everyone.

im currently working on a project to make some of the documentes we use at my work digital, to avoid using paper.

there is a file that we use everytime we make a change, my idea was to create a form, so everytime someone wants to make a change they will go to that form and answer it with certain data.

after that i made a connection with my email, so everytime someone responses that form i will get an email with the answers.

the thing is that those changes need approval from some other teammates,

what i would like to do is everytime a form is completed, an approval must start, and also i would like to be able as a user of the form, to know who has already approved what i submited in the form.

is that possible?

@Anonymous shure you can use microsoft forms to make a form and then in use the field Submitted by to addit into a send an email To action field to send an email to the person who approves the email
