How to perform unbound action to grant access to the flow?

Hello,

My objective is to "Modify run-only users" of the solution aware flow. However this action, only allows to update "My flows" of the environment. While for solution aware flow, it throws an error saying "Sharing through Flow is not currently supported for solution-aware flows. Permissions management should be conducted through the environment-linked XRM instance."

Therefore, I plan to allow an access by granting an acesss via "Perform unbound action" as mentioned here - https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crminthefield/posts/monitoring-the-power-platform-power-automate---management-and-admin-connector-my-and-solution-aware-deep-dive#:~:text=Sharing%20through%20Flow%20is%20not,CDS)%20Web%20API%20to%20help.

However, when I do that, even though the flow ID exist, it says - Workflow ID {***} does not exist as follows, while the same ID works when I perform the "Get Flow" action just above the "Perform an unbound action" as indicated in the following screen.

Can anyone help me to resolve this action for the workflow? ( This is happening for the "My flows" and "Solution aware flow

Best,

I believe you need to use the workflowid in Properties... I haven't been able to make this work yet myself.  So if you did I'd like to know how you did it.

    Hi,

    any comments on that?

I'm struggling with moving ownership from solution-aware flows...

    Thanks

According to MS Support this doesn't work, and is a known issue.  They recommended that you do them through the UX .... one by one.
