Hi, everyone.
I would like to create the following trigger: after an user change the value of a specific cell from a list, PA automatically send an e-mail for some users.

Is that possible?

Thanx in advance!

    Hi @EricMartins1983 ,

Maybe you could try to store the value of this specified cell in a table in another worksheet, then you could create a scheduled cloud flow to compare the values of these two cells periodically and send an email if the values are not equal.

I have made a simple test for your reference.

    Flow:

    outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['body/value'][Index]?['ColumnName']
    outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table_2')?['body/value'][Index]?['ColumnName']

    Dear @v-yujincui-msft,

I really apprecite your reply and proposed solution.

I'm gonna try to implement this flow and I'll let you know as soon as possible if this solution worked!

    I wish you the best!

    Greetings, Charlie Choi!

Since you shared this possible solution, I've been studying power automate and recovering all previous knowledge I'd achieved a few years ago on VBA for MS Excel.

I've found other possible solutions using the expressions (output(..., initializing variables, Json, composing, do until, etc). But none of these solutions would be possible without your reply. You gave me a way to start how to understand Power Automate.

    I'm grateful for your support!

I wish you all the best and a happy ending year.

    Warm regards!

How would this work in the following case:

    Shared Order number spreadsheet.

when a user enters the next order, which gets the next order number, can I send an email informing Admin of the request so that they can authorise it? It would need to enter the data of 4 fields on the row of the order number.

    TIA
