Everyone
I have a text from my MS Form should be recorded in the Lookup Column in my share point list.
Since Lookup column values can only be stored in ID, Iam getting the ID of the text value from get items.
But the value is not getting displayed in the SharePoint List , it is Blank.
Could anyone please help me to fix the issue?

How do I do this
The ID which I get from the get items for the lookup value is same as the ID of value in the lookup column
