Did you installed python, if done check whether required module installed or not pip install os in cmd you can install .
if works marks as solution it will helps for others

yes ,i have installed python in my windows11.and it can run the same python scripts in VSCODE or in cmd. the module named os is a default module. No additional installation required。
Did you tried to run cmd promt
have done it by setting up two variables
first is a python path - where exe is located
second is where python script is located
then run powershell script:
%PythonPath% %pythonscript%
