Hi Team, I have developed one MS forms, Sharepoint list and power automate/flow-based solution where it performs the following activities: 1. MS Forms captures user request details and it stores details into a SharePoint list. 2. An approval flow gets initiated and concluded based on the approval request's outcome. Functionality-wise it's working perfectly fine, now I want to deploy it at the organization level so that all employees can start using it. Please suggest some options where I can deploy forms i.e Teams under the specific channel, SharePoint site, or any other option. Thanks, Sachin
I have many similar Flows and workflows created, and I've found adding the MS Form link to the top navigation of a Teams channel is the best way to get it to my users. I also like to utilize Adaptive Cards to have a Flowbot send a message to the channel or a user when a form is submitted or the approval is updated.
If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, your Flow run history, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.
