Get files (Properties only) Filter query multiple file types

Hi ,

In the Get files (Properties only) action need to filter the multiple file types like pdf, doc, xls, xlsx, ppt? Currently through my expression i able to get one file type successfully.

Is there any suggestion do this ?

Hi @sachk1

use or condition like below for filter query

substringof('.xlsx',FileLeafRef) or substringof('.pdf',FileLeafRef) or substringof('.ppt',FileLeafRef)

add more extensions as per the need using or condition.

There is a more direct and slightly easier way. Filter your library query with:

File_x0020_Type eq 'bak'

As recommended by anton-khrit here.

Thanks it worked, my question is where do I find MS technical documents that has a list of the properties such as 'FileLeafRef, FSObjType', etc.?
