Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I have a SharePoint list that keeps track of staff that have completed safety questionnaire which expires after 1 year.

What I would like is a scheduled flow that can delete expired external staff that don't belong to our area and send an email to the manager to remind the ones that belong to us so they can do the refresher.

I have a yes/no column to separate our staff from external ones. I don't want to delete our staff even if they are expired so the email can be sent.

I hope this makes sense I have very limited experience in Power Automate.
