Power Automate records 3 Items for one response

I' ve created a flow which records responses from ms forms to a SP-list. Flow works fine but for one response it records 3 items in the SP list and thus it sends 3 emails for one response.

    Hi @Hakan666 ,

In the Get response details action, you've set a wrong input value. Please use Response Id instead and then drag everything out of the Apply to each Control. The Control is not needed for this scenario. In addition to your flows, you can combine them together into one.

    Hi @Hakan666 ,

Do you have another flow that triggered on Form's submission? I think there is a Create item in SharePoint list action.

    Best regards,
