trigger a flow from out of office

hi,

I have a flow which checks user out of office and updates a list. Trying to find if I can trigger the flow if a certain user sets out of office, dont want to schedule the flow. Hence looking for a trigger.

Any advise if this is possible and what route I can take to achieve this.

Edited - Added further information

Currently I have manual trigger for that flow. Datasource is AD user (get members). Flow creates a sharepoint list of members in a certain groups and keeps their status if they are working or out of office. Currently it is manual flow I want to trigger it on an event if possible i.e. if user enables Out Of Office.

    Hello @u4jaanus

Please could you share which trigger are you using and which datasoruce are you using?

Based on the requirement yes there are ways to manage this specific event and trigger the flow based on this. A way to do this is for example the usage of the Trigger conditoins and based on these conditions the flow is executed.

I have added more information in my questions. Same as below.

That's impossible  because of absence of such trigger. Use a scheduled flow as a workaround.

Tnx Victor, I am aware there is no direct trigger available, hence wanted to ask if there is a way around. Scheduled Flow is last resort, would like to avoid if possible.

    Hi @u4jaanus,

it's a common problem: if you unable to implement something event-driven, your only way is to scan periodically.
