    yes the method is working; now i'm tore between how to adjust the initial flow. The idea was to just extract the table from the email and ignore the other messages

    ExtractTable : concat('<table',first(split(last(split(triggerOutputs()?['body/body'],'<table')),'table>')),'table>')
    ExtractRows : xpath(xml(outputs('ExtractTable')),'//tr')
    Apply to each input : skip(outputs('ExtractRows'),1)
    Convert2String : base64ToString(item()?['$content'])
    SplitData : split(outputs('Html_to_text')?['body'],'
    ')
    Mat : outputs('SplitData')[0]
    PO : outputs('SplitData')[1]
    Area : outputs('SplitData')[2]
